For over 19 years I've worked across in-house product teams, global consultancy, and design leadership — helping organisations tackle complex problems through research, service design, and interaction design. At Thoughtworks, I helped grow the Latin America UX practice from under 10 to over 80 designers while leading strategic engagements across four countries, working for clients that are industry leaders in their fields. At Zalando, I've designed AI-powered conversational experiences with significant impact.
